SO, since we’ve had a good summer in Tahlequah, we decided to do a website giveaway with a FREE logo to give back to the community.

Contest Rules
*One entry per business, not per business owner. Contest available to businesses headquartered within Cherokee County, Oklahoma USA only.
This contest allows Direct Allied Agency, LLC to design and develop a unique basic website for the contest winner. Direct Allied Agency, nor the winner shall provide or promote any illegal material, or material that it does not specifically own. The website will be designed to fit the business niche, and using information obtained during a consultation between the winner and Direct Allied Agency. Direct Allied Agency will legally obtain a combination of stock images, and legally owned imagery from the winner to use on the website. The winner will be invited to provide input into the design of the website, but this does not necessarily constitute law, meaning Direct Allied Agency will build the website at it’s own discretion.
The text contained within the website will be written by a writer affiliated with Direct Allied Agency and allowed to be edited, proofread and corrected one time by the contest winner. This does not include any edits or changes to the website after it is launched. Any such changes will be charged a la carte by Direct Allied Agency.
This contest allows the winner to receive one year of free website hosting and security updates. Hosting after one year of the launch of the website shall never increase from $100 USD, or $10 USD per month. This does not include any edits or changes to the website after it is launched. Any such changes will be charged a la carte by Direct Allied Agency.
This new website will be under the ownership of Direct Allied Agency for the duration of the hosting being paid and current. If hosting is no longer paid, the website may be removed from Direct Allied Agency servers. Migration, transfer and sell of the website design to the winner will be allowed at any time for a fee of $200 USD.
Email accounts, eCommerce, blogs, social media management and integration, search engine optimization, events calendars, back end website access, or special functionality are not included in this contest, and may be available at an additional cost.
The winner may select an available domain name (URL) to be purchased by Direct Allied Agency and remain in possession of Direct Allied Agency as the registrant. This domain may later be obtained by the winner at a cost dictated by Direct Allied Agency and fair market value.
This contest allows Direct Allied Agency to oversee the design and creation of a new logo for the contest winner. This design will be provided by ALL Designs LLC. The winner may suggest the initial design of the logo and be allowed ONLY 2 revisions during the design process. The final logo design will be owned by the winner at no additional cost.
Direct Allied Agency reserves the right to brand itself, and likeness on any designs, websites, contest winner announcements and to the general public regarding this contest / promotion.
Your information will be collected for the purpose of administering this contest, and to send follow up emails to notify the winner and periodically advise of any other promotions in the future. The information you submit will remain safe, confidential and remain in the sole possession of Direct Allied Agency, LLC and governed by our Privacy Policy.
